Welcome to my classroom Week of March 15, 2010 We will be doing the following:                                                 Math: Unit 8 assessment will be March 17th; coordinate graphs Reading:  realistic fiction Language: adjectives Spelling/Writing: focus words he’s, unit, flat, direction, south / realistic fictional narrative Social Studies: cattle drives in the southwest Science: oceans Technology: practicing keyboarding skills with different fonts, colors, and sizes Other:   The book fair continues through Tuesday, March 16th. Don’t forget to send in permission to allow your child to be filmed during our next trout lesson.         This Sunday make sure  you set your clock forward an hour. Parents: Or else your kid will be an hour late for school! Kids: Don’t tell your parents to turn it back that way you’ll be 2 hours late for school!
