Project Peace teaches ten lessons to all SAD 6 students in Kindergarten through fifth grade (30 minutes) during the school year. Lessons are taught by school staff.

Survey reporting cover sheet: Project use this cover sheet to note totals from each survey you distribute. Send or report comments along with this cover sheet with each set of surveys you distribute.
Staff Survey: This form is for ALL school staff to complete in May. Project Peace school leaders may copy, distribute, tally, note comments, and complete a survey reporting cover sheet then send to district Project Peace Coordinator.
Parent Survey: This form is for schools to copy and distribute to parents in March. Schools may tally results, attach a survey reporting cover sheet, note comments and send to district Project Peace Coordinator.
