Steve Winger is originally from Oil City, Pennsylvania, which is located just south of lake Erie. He received his undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University in Pennsylvania. Steve then moved to central Virginia where he taught in a variety of positions in grades K-6 for the next 15 years. He then received his Masters degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University and accepted a position as an assistant principal at Emerald Hill Elementary in Culpeper, VA.
Steve is very excited about making the move to Maine and joining the Bonny Eagle School District as the principal of Steep Falls and H.B. Emery schools. He looks forward to meeting all the students and getting the school year started. |
